I’m really looking forward to doing a cookery demo along with Oliver McCabe of Select Stores Dalkey and chatting about food and nutrition at the Zurich Dalkey Book Festival on Sunday June 19th from 3-4pm. It’s a totally FREE event in Dillon’s Park in Dalkey and should be a lot of fun!
