I filmed a few different recipes on the day, but for this smoothie segment, I wore this blue tile pattern shirt dress from River Island. I bought it a few months ago and love it as it’s so comfy and easy to wear.
This shirt dress style is also so versatile because it can be dressed up with heeled boots (and tights) in winter for a dressier look, or flat boots for daytime. Plus they’re flattering to all figures and skim curves rather than highlighting them. Always handy if you’ve had a big meal! 😉
