As I wanted to wear something comfy and light enough to dance in, given the humidity yesterday, I chose this Zara red lace skater dress (£39.99).
I actually bought it in Barcelona back in April, but it’s still on the website and would make a gorgeous little dress for summer hols. The light fabric and skater shape makes it a good choice for a wide range of body shapes, plus it shows off most women’s narrowest part, the upper waist area.
I paired it with this Chantilly Lace Gold cuff from Stella & Dot (€98), which is a real statement piece.
I’m a big fan of red dresses in general, and can’t resist buying one when I spot a good bargain. Red looks gorgeous on almost all complexions and colourings too, and it’s the perfect colour for summertime.
I’ve had a little look around the good ol’ internet for similar little red dresses, and found some crackers 😉
