For the past four days, we have been working hard to produce the food photos for my second book with publisher Gill Books, coming September 2016!
Though all the recipes are my own creations, the photos have been a huge team effort, and I have been lucky to work with some of the top food stylists in the industry, to create some beautiful shots.
But for now, here’s a little look at some of the recipes. They’re all free from gluten, dairy, yeast, soy, refined sugar and created to support your health and fitness goals… and taste delicious too. I promise!
