Whole grains for stronger hair
If you have weak hair that snaps and breaks easily or you’ve noticed that your hair isn’t looking as thick and strong as it used to, whole grains may your best beauty friend. You see, healthy whole grains like brown rice, oats, and barley are packed with essential B vitamins, including biotin, as well as silica, and zinc, which are great at preventing hair loss and improving brittle hair.
