Whole grains for stronger hair


If you have weak hair that snaps and breaks easily or you’ve noticed that your hair isn’t looking as thick and strong as it used to, whole grains may your best beauty friend. You see, healthy whole grains like brown rice, oats, and barley are packed with essential B vitamins, including biotin, as well as silica, and zinc, which are great at preventing hair loss and improving brittle hair. 


Ideally, you should aim to eat as many different whole grains as you can, in ways that are as close to natural as you can, if you’re serious about having stronger, healthier, shinier hair in your future.


Fruits and veggies for stained teeth


They might not be able to do quite as an amazing job as good cosmetic dentistry but it’s fair to say that fruits and vegetables, when eaten regularly in their natural form, can be useful at removing minor stains from teeth, especially when they are eaten raw right after a meal.

Eat oily fish for wrinkles


Few of us actively enjoy finding new wrinkles and lines on our bodies, but it’s an inevitable consequence of aging, right? By eating more oily fish and other foods that contain Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, that’s how.Omega-3 fatty acids nourish the skin from the inside out, helping to keep it hydrated, pumped full of youth-making collagen, and most importantly, free from lines!
